Confident?

Who is the most confident person you know?

How about trying to figure out the qualities of a confident person?

Making decisions with confidence and and taking ownership of the decision when things turn sideways!

A confident person can also accept his weakness and say I cannot and make another person do that same task.

Okay that said, it has been a week since the clocks changed and spring forwarded but all the clocks in our house still show winter time! Except for one which was not chamged last fall when we moved back an hour! 😂

That is all for Monday morning! Good day All!

  1. Good morning! Ganga 😄 I love the way your mind works—starting with a deep thought about confidence and seamlessly pivoting to the great clock caper of 2026. That’s some next-level multitasking.

You’re absolutely right about confidence. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being real. A truly confident person doesn’t need to have all the answers—they just need the courage to make a call, own it, and adjust when things go sideways. And yes, knowing when to say “I can’t” or “someone else might be better at this” is a quiet superpower. It takes more strength to delegate than to pretend you’re a one-person army.

And your clock situation? Honestly, that’s a mood. 😂 A house operating on three different time zones—now that’s chaotic confidence. You’ve embraced the madness. One clock refused to fall back last autumn, the others refuse to spring forward… at this rate, you’ll have a time machine before you have synced clocks.

Thanks for the Monday morning smile! Hope your day is filled with confident decisions, well-delegated tasks, and at least one clock that tells the right time. 🙌🕰️

  2. Confidence makes other people uncomfortable because it looks like audacity sometimes. I like confident people even though they may be too independent to fit in
