A sequel to my yesterday’s blog. I blogged I was a bit down amd having mood swings. A fellow blogger kindly replied about being hormonal and taking supplements.
Yes that is how I put that day into action. I also knew I needed to move more. My son’s calendar was full and I knew I had to use that to my advantage.
The strawberry milkshake at the mall which I shared with my young man along with a brisk walk did make me feel better. Two kids dressed up as Dr. Seuss’s Cat in the Hat made me smile and summer dresses on display made me realize that winter was officially endinf. They all made my day.
Then was my Narayaneeyam class which make me feel like a ten year old. Though I try to note down the Sanskrit grammar usage of Lingam, vachanam and vibhakti during the class, the stories take me back to the time of my grandfather narrated the same.
The day did end great with me sharing stories of a trip to my mom which made me look over the pictures.
Exactly two years ago we started our journey of visiting National Parks. It began at Shenandoah here in the North East and the journey has taken to places that I didn’t even imagine I would do with my young man. We have officially done thirteen parks in two years.
