I talk about endurance a lot. Taking care of my special man, I have been able to tackle a ton of endurance to so many things in life. My pain level is also high. But today I felt I have been put to a test and the result would be known only tomorrow.

We decided to do the National Park Puzzle. When I opened the box, I found the pieces to be too small. It was 250-piece puzzle but we have not done so that tiny piece before. My son is not a visual person and me with my eyesight, had a very tough time starting it. Eventually we moved the puzzle board out into our sunroom and once there I saw my son picking up speed. But with dinner time and me having a class I told him we could take a break and come back tonight or tomorrow.

Then during my class, I heard some noise in the kitchen and my husband said my son broke a bowl while unloading the dishwasher. He never does that. Of course, he was pardoned, and he completed the task.

Then I went to the living room to see the puzzle board in the living room and half the puzzle in the box and the rest scattered on the board and floor. Yup, he had dropped the puzzle board too as it was his OCD to bring it back to the original place.

It has been a long day, and I literally had tears. Then we both picked up the board and put it back in the sunroom. We arranged it back a bit, but we will be going back to the board and hopefully we both will endure the task and finish it off.

The weather cooled around 5pm (with distant thunderstorms being heard), that was a relief. Hopefully it will be cool tomorrow morning, and we may attack the puzzle sooner than later.

Now, there is a choice, I can just put the puzzle back in the box and forget about it. But that is not going to happen just going to improve on my endurance.
