How do you waste the most time every day?

I wrote for this prompt last year same time around. The answer remains thr same. Scrolling through the phone! In fact many people mention they spend a lot of time waste scrolling!

Time is money applies great in this context. We watch shorts or reels and people who make them earn money. Yes our time is their money.

What did we do before the age of shorts or reels. I am not even talking about pre internet era. The era we didn’t scroll our screen every minute. We watched whole videos, understood context and learnt and enjoyed somethings. Like fastfood these shorts give us nothing but just instant pleasure.

Just pondering on a warm or should I say a hit Sunday night?
