If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?
Oh this would be a boon for parents like me who has a kid with sleep issues😃!
Loosing sleep at night may also lead to an unproductive day.
How about the extra time? Thinking about it, it is nearly seven extra hours. It is a time, you can finish reading a book orwatch atleast two movies .
Extra time on hand for cleaning, more cooking, maybe enroll myself in more online classes and maybe even do a part time job 😀!
The options are many! But I do not want those extra hours! Thinkimg about it is making me tired 😂!
The brain and body should be tired for us to sleep peacefully. A lot of people struggle (including my son) have sleep issues because of anxiety. As I age, I do feel an anxiety creeping in. I do know that is not great for my overall health. If you are sleeping good consider yourself blessed!
