My son’s music therapist from India thanked me today. I was a bit surprised. It seems another parent got motivated by a video I had posted. My son plays a beat to a song sung by his teacher.
The parents have a non verbal 10 year old and they had their child do the same. The teacher/therapist told me he did a wonderful job.
Here is the child’s link.

I have been smiling all day today. I am too happy that something I did encouraged another parent and the teacher. It also worked great too. Autism is a spectrum disorder. You cannot compare kids. But there are kids who share similar abilities and I am glad it clicked for a parent with a child like mine.

Check out my son’s play in the link above.
I had been postponing submitting my Navaratri pictures for the competition. But this incident gave me the push to submit mine. Maybe there is another parent out there similar to mine who can engage their kid just like how I do. Or another mom who has a passion can put in the extra effort and have a blast!
If you like to check out pictures and videos, here is the link. If you do like it you can vote too.

As I submitted my entry, my husband chanted the above sloka from Bhagavad Gita. Of course I remember! That is what I have been doing the past 5 years😊.
Sports, arts and music I encourage for all. It really helps everyone psychologically!
Going to bed with a happy heart.♥️
