I found this on a social media page. Felt so real. As I get back to my routine after my India trip, it resonated more.

I planned my trip in such a way that I am back home for Navaratri. I have never missed the celebrations. It is an opportunity for me to meet friends and open my house. This year, I have asked people dropping by to bring something for two fund raisers. Usually I get a lot of candies for my boy and I know he is going to be disappointed but I am tired of hiding and this would be for a better cause.

Datta retreat center is collecting canner goods for Thanksgiving and PACC (my son’s program) is doing a backpack drive.

If you are curious I will be joining online competitions. But as I said last year, it is for fun. I have never won anything. But it really motivates me. I am not a very competitive person, I get excited even with a participantion certificate 😊.

Thanks to those who suggested I catalogue my boxes. Things are going to be much easier this year.

I pray to Mother Goddess that the festival season brings in peace and prosperity to all.🙏

Have a lot of work to do and hopefully my next blog will happen after my display is set!
