A Moment

Describe one of your favorite moments.

A puzzle on the floor had been left unsolved for the past month and half! I was really getting worried my boy had lost the skill! Yet, he was doing puzzles on his tablet! Okay, he was becoming digital! But I wanted him to keep doing these puzzles. So I was thinking of ways to encourage him.

We went for a surprise lunch on Wednesday and he had his favorite Hakka vegetable noodles. He comes home and he sits and solves most of it.

Not a healthy option!

Yesterday evening, I had an argument with my husband and I just raised my voice not with my boy but with my husband! My boy, ran over and started fixing up the rest. Me and my husband were stunned! He then got up to have his bath and dinner.

Then today morning I knew what to do. I put my foot down and said, the puzzle need to be finished and it was finally done! What a memorable moment it was!

Moment

Oh, my boy keeps giving these memorable moments 😃!

The task of sitting on the floor and concentrating on a task is itself a therapy. I don’t want my boy to loose that skill! Online puzzles are easy but I am old school 😊!

  2. Regular puzzles are good even as we get older to help us not to cognitively decline. So,I encourage the physical puzzles and am glad you do too. The noodles looked good.
