Hello March

February weather was much better than January. More sunny days than cloudy days.

The last snow of the season?

I had a list of tasks to be completed by my special one for February and nothing was accomplished. But we did something different than our original plans. Last week of February, as I erased my tasks written on the white board I thought to myself we did many things which did not plan on doing. So nothing is written in stone. Flexibility is also good.

Learning to shred

The first weekend of March looks great and with my younger one home for Spring break (unlike schools, this is early), we are planning a drive and hopefully a hike.

Other than that, the rest of March is going to be spring cleaning. Yes, my husband said he would tackle the outdoors and me indoors. Last year, my husband had some health issues and spring and summer was busy with that and cleaning was in the backburner. So, spring cleaning is my goal for March and I just hope we tackle it.

  1. Sounds like you’ve got a great plan for this weekend. I hope to start spring cleaning in March, too. Thank you for your weekend coffee share.

  2. It looks like spring is much further along in your neck of the woods 🙂 We still have snow, but it is slightly warmer.

    1. We still don’t have iris but my daffodils have started blooming. Yes our spring has arrived early! Thanks for stopping by.

  3. My iris is just starting to come out of the ground. We have daffodils in bloom & the forsythia bushes are starting to show some yellow here & there. Sometimes those unplanned activities turn out to be the best, so I agree, flexibility is a good thing in those cases.
