Budgeting

Write about your approach to budgeting.

Pandemic came out of nowhere, followed by staff shortage in loading and loading cargo and that in turn led to prices of stuff shoot up.

War in different part of world, not one but two led to gas price increase which led to price increase of everything from a safety pin to a car!

Then Mother Nature throws her anger in the form of flood, drought, severe tornadoes and even if they do not happen near your home the prices in super markets sky rocket!

So how do I factor all the above in my budget!

Then comes the unexpected doctor visits and expenses, the plumbing decides to give up and the car can just not start! You have tried to save for all these things with a budget but when reality strikes they are nowhere near the savings amount!

Every place you turn around you are being sold something! It seems one online shopping website had two advertisements during Super Bowl! We are being turned to shopaholics! How can we budget with this kind of temptation floating around!

How about the social media influences of friends and family showcasing their clothes, car, the food, the travel and anything that is luxurious! Ohhhhhhhhhh our eyes see that and we want that or do that! How can I budget for all those things.

To conclude, I do not have any approach to budgeting! I just go with the flow of things that happen on a day to day basis!

50 percent off! Is it a discount?
