Tale of a shoe rack, Part 2

Last week, I wrote how when we tried to remove a shoe rack it created a panic attack for my boy. TODAY WE SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED IT. We went shopping today and purchased a tiny table and an artificial plant. We kept emphasizing that this was going to replace that shoe rack while we were in the store. He got out of the car and carried the same inside the house. Just two pairs of shoes were still left and I put them in the shoe rack inside the coat closet!

He placed the new table and placed the plant on it. He was not happy, but he was able to regulate himself.

All last week, we tried to move and he was not happy. Finding the right replacement table was the hard part and we did it today. The space is small, we didn’t want anything there but this was us meeting my boy. We had to spend some money but was worth it. We all love the new space! We made a video call to India and he showed his new plant. Okay, this is his plant and we are settled for life with it. No more changes for him or us.😁

I think and I hope the story/tale ends here. Keeping fingers crossed 🤞!
