In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?
Funny this prompt showed up today morning. I had been to a Bingo yesterday evening. We had nearly 300 people there. Three games were played and one third of them who played won the game. I was one of the unlucky two thirds who didn’t win anything. In fact they even had a two reverse bingo games and I did not win. One game I was so close and I thought I would win, but that number didn’t even show up for the next game too.

How did I feel? No feelings. I enjoyed the atmosphere and laughed for not winning some funny hats and tube socks.
Anyhow there wasn’t too much of work involved and it didn’t matter to me. Having good time was the main goal.
So when I do some hard work, I spend both mental and physical energy and I really expect that task to have some result. If it does yield something I am really happy but if not, I need to go back to the beginning to see what the problem was. Is it worth continuing the task? Can we make an adjustment or should I drop the project? I am at an age that I have become a bit more matured. I do not want to do tasks that are not worth my time. I have started picking up projects that give me some kind of a result and have started working hard.
Yes, I love to work hard, but if it doesn’t give the intended results then I have changed course snowadays and therefore I have seen more fulfillment and happiness after the task is over.
