My ideal home should look like houses on HGTV. Does it? No! It does not! Should I be worried or am I worried? No, I am not.

We have things lying around. My laundry may be folded a day or two late and my house may have some curry smell. But that is what makes my house unique.

My special one has certain things put in certain places and that is his Obsessive compulsive act and we have got used to it. My husband has his folders in a particular order and my younger one a pack rat has his Minion stuffed under his bed and he is freshman in college. I have my laundry lying around a day or two before they are put away and some cleaning work always pending. When I have guests dropping by, I run around with my Swiffer mop and act as if I run a clean house.

We argue, we fight, we pray, we watch TV and we laugh that is what makes our house an ideal home. My house smells like curry and with some beaten up furniture that is comfortable for me, may not be ideal but that is where we live and enjoy our lives.
