Misplaced and broken down

The mysterious figure emerged from the shadows of the dimly lit alley and started walking toward her, sending chills up and down her spine.

Ramya’s car had broken down near the alley and it was nearing midnight. She really got scared as she saw the mysterious figure. But soon she realized it was her college friend Tom who was walking towards her. She was surprised and even glad. He said his antique shop was nearby and he was going back to get his house keys. He had been to a friend’s house after he had finished his business for the day and forgotten to get his house key.

After calling AAA for help they both walked to the shop. Tom opened the store and started searching everywhere for the key. Finally he found it in a box that he had unpacked that morning. Both of them were relieved. By that time AAA came and fixed up Ramya’s car. Tom and Ramya then exchanged their numbers and parted ways promising that they would be in touch soon.
